The LED works in every situation where you need visibility — parking lots, late-night property walks, trail use, power outages, lock-finding in the dark. You'll use it regularly. That regular use means it's always in your hand when a situation changes.

At 160–200 lumens, the beam is bright enough to fully disorient a threat at close range — creating a moment of hesitation that may resolve the situation without escalation.

If it doesn't, 75,000,000 volts of stun is immediately available. The audible arc and visible crackle of the discharge are themselves deterrents — most encounters end at the sight and sound before contact is made.

The three stages require three sequential, deliberate actions to activate the stun. No single accidental motion during pocket carry, bag carry, or holster carry can complete all three stages. This makes the JOLT Tactical one of the safest carry configurations in the Streetwise line.

The LED operates independently of the stun circuit and does not require the safety stages to activate.

The JOLT Tactical is non-lethal. Effects are temporary. It is legal in most U.S. states — verify your state and local laws, particularly for duty carry or travel. Keep out of reach of children.

Charge before first use. Connect the included cord to the unit and plug into a standard wall outlet. The red LED confirms active charging. Initial charge: 6–8 hours. Recharge every 2 months or when output weakens.

Holster or pocket carry. Attach to the included nylon belt holster, or carry in a jacket pocket or bag. Loop the wrist strap for retention during active carry.

LED for visibility. Activate the LED independently at any time — no safety stages required. Use it first in any low-light situation.

Three-stage safety to arm the stun. Complete the three-stage activation sequence before the stun can discharge. Practice the sequence from the included instructions before carrying.

Activate stun. Press the active contact points against a threat. The audible arc is a deterrent before and during contact.

Exit immediately. The stun creates a temporary window — use it to create distance, move to safety, and call for help.
