These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") are an agreement between Streetwise Security Products ("Streetwise Security Products", "us", "we" or "our") and you ("User", "you" or "your"). This Agreement sets forth the general terms and conditions of your use of the www.streetwisesecuritystore.com.

Return & Warranty Policy

  • Proof of Purchase: Required for all returns.

  • Defective Products:

    • Streetwise brand products: 1 year

    • Streetwise stun guns & stun batons: Lifetime

    • Police Force stun guns & stun batons: Lifetime

    • All other items: 90 days

Defective products may be returned for replacement or store credit during the warranty period. Products must not show signs of abuse or misuse and must include all parts, instructions, and accessories. Contact us for an RMA# before returning any item. Customers are responsible for return shipping; Streetwise covers shipping for replacements.

  • Change of Mind Returns: Eligible within 30 days if items are unused, in original condition, and include all packaging. A restocking fee may apply.

Shipping Policy

  • Orders generally ship within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).

  • All shipments include insurance in the shipping cost.

  • Report damage, missing items, or incorrect items within 3 business days of delivery. Claims submitted after 3 days may not be honored.

  • Streetwise is not responsible for delivery delays caused by carriers.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Once an order is submitted, we cannot guarantee modifications or cancellations. Contact us immediately at (252) 830-5577 if you need to change or cancel an order. If your order has already shipped, it will need to be processed as a return.

Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from this Website. By placing an order, you represent that you meet this age requirement and comply with all applicable laws.

Billing & Payments

We accept major credit cards and other payment methods listed at checkout. By placing an order, you authorize us to charge the payment method provided. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if fraud or unauthorized activity is suspected.
