Refund policy

We want you to feel confident in your purchase. If for any reason you need to return or exchange a product, please review the following policies:

Proof of Purchase

All returns require proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation or receipt). Please include this with your return. Without proof of purchase, we cannot process your return.


Defective Products & Warranty Coverage

Products that are found to be defective can be returned for a replacement or store credit during the warranty period of that specific product. Warranty periods begin on the date of purchase:

  • All products sold by Streetwise Security Products: 90 days

  • Streetwise Security™ brand (general): 1 year

  • Streetwise Security™ stun guns & stun batons: Lifetime warranty

  • Police Force™ stun guns & stun batons: Lifetime warranty

  • Jolt™ products: Lifetime warranty

How it works:

  • Contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#). This must be clearly written on the outside of the return package. Any item sent without an RMA# will be refused.

  • Customers are responsible for shipping the defective product back to us. We strongly recommend shipping with tracking and insurance.

  • Streetwise covers the cost of shipping the replacement product to you.

  • Please test your product before returning it. Many items shipped back to us are fully functional after inserting fresh batteries. If we find the item is working, the customer will be responsible for return shipping charges.

  • Returned products must not show signs of abuse or misuse and must include all parts, instructions, and accessories to qualify for a replacement or credit.


Exchanges

We accept exchanges within 30 days of purchase on eligible items.

  • Exchanges may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

  • Products must be unused, in original condition, and include all packaging. Items not returned in resalable condition may be subject to higher fees.

  • Contact us for an RMA# before shipping your exchange.

  • Customers are responsible for both return shipping and shipping of the replacement product.


Important Notes

  • Items returned without an RMA# will not be accepted.

  • Products showing signs of misuse, neglect, or missing parts may not qualify for return or exchange.

  • For your protection, always use a tracked and insured shipping method.
